【If the machine is under warranty】
We will offer a free repairing service and cover the returning shipping fees. Please follow the steps below:
1. You can either click here to watch the video or contact the official technical personnel to confirm whether the machine needs repairing. When contacting the official technical personnel, please provide the error code and related pictures, screenshots, or logs;
2. Once the faulty can be confirmed, please provide the following information to the official technical personnel. If your hashboard needs repairing, you can either send the whole machine or the hashboard back to repair. For sending the whole machine, please provide the SN(Serial Number) of the machine. For sending the hashboard repairing, please provide the SN of the hashboard and its BIN information. If your PSU(Power Supply) needs repairing, please provide the SN of your PSU. If your control board needs repairing, please provide the MAC address of your control board.

3. Next, send the broken machine or accessories to the nearest repairing site for you. Currently, we have four WhatsMiner repairing sites, and click here to check the details.
4. Then click here to create the repairing order and make sure to fill in the tracking number and the required information, or else the repairing procedure could be delayed.
