Requirements

Requirements for customers
1. Total amount of abnormal mining machines should over 200pcs which the problem can not be solved by remote;
2. Eliminate the abnormalities caused by network problems and environmental problems;
3. After technicians come to the door, customers should coordinate and locate the abnormal causes;
4. We will afford the costs (transportation, accommodation and board fee) if the abnormal was caused by the machines;if not, the costs should be afforded by customers;

Support content
1.Troubleshooting the reasons of batch abnormal mining machines on the spot；
2.Provide on-site faulty machine solutions；
3.Provide long-term improvement suggestions for the mine；
4.Mine maintenance training, common fault judgment and handling training；
